Willamette View Community Expansion Update

Construction is now underway for phase one of Heron Heights – the new cottage community at Willamette View. These duplex-style homes are conveniently located across River Road from our main campus and will have approximately 1860 sq. ft. of living space, with gas fireplaces, oversize garages, covered patios, and backing up to a landscaped green space with a walking path. The new development will utilize environmentally-friendly materials and landscaping. Construction of phase one is expected to be completed in mid-2025.

Planning for Phase Two of Heron Heights is in progress and will include both 1800 and 1600 sq ft residences.

Renovations at our supportive living community are progressing as well. The exterior protective plastic has been removed on the East side of the building and the siding and windows look great. The interior renovations, lighting and climate control are really taking shape.
